Annual Asset Performance Review

The yearly account of how each managed asset performed — income against last year, lease events, arrears, capital works and the outlook ahead. Income and tenancy data extracted from Cirrus8; valuations applied as an internal overlay; the year's detail added by the management team. New here? Client & review period

Set who the review is for and the year it covers, then bring in the portfolio data.

Three steps. 1 — bring assets in (paste from the Portfolio Analyser, import a Cirrus8 CSV, or load the sample). 2 — add the year's detail per asset under Asset reviews (prior year, actuals, arrears, capex, lease events). 3 — generate and export the Annual report.

Portfolio Data

CSV import accepts a Cirrus8-style tenancy schedule (one row per tenancy) or an income & expenditure summary for the year (one row per property, matched by name).

Asset reviews

Add the year's detail to each asset — prior-year comparatives, actuals, arrears, capital works and lease events.

Annual overlay. Base figures carry the same sources as the Portfolio Analyser — Cirrus8 income & tenancy, Valuation overlay values — and the year's detail is added here as Annual review. Prior-year figures come from last year's review or the client's accounts; leave them at zero to report an asset without comparatives.
